The Bristol School of Astrology has been running astrology courses since 1998, at a very affordable price in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Whether you are a complete beginner, or a more experienced astrologer looking to take your studies further, we have courses to suit you.

We offer a Foundation Course by e-mail correspondence for the complete novice. This exciting course of eighteen lessons will teach you how to construct a birth chart, how to interpret it and how to use transits to do astrological predictions. If you want to be able to read charts for yourself and your friends, this is the course for you. You have your own personal tutor who you can contact at any time.

The Beginner’s Intensive Course is a nine-week class-based course designed for the complete novice, to give you the basics to be able to join our Intermediate Course from the second term in January.

The Intermediate Course is a one-year class-based course designed for those with some knowledge of astrology who wish to learn more. This course focuses on interpreting charts, but also introduces new techniques that help you see charts in different ways. Topics include the astrology of relationships, and using astrology to make predictions.

he Advanced Course is a one-year class-based course designed for those students who have completed our Intermediate course. It includes psychological astrology, asteroids and harmonics, as well as leading-edge astrology looking at topics such as centaurs and heliocentric astrology. All these new topics are integrated into the main purpose of the course - to be able to read and interpret a birth chart effectively.

The school year runs from October until the following June, and offers a total of nine classroom sessions spread over this period, with extensive support in between classes. The Intermediate Course and Advanced Course each work out at just £10 per month (£30 payable each term), and each course comprises three terms. The Foundation Course is an e-mail only course, and is divided into three semesters costing £60 each, but the student can work at his or her own pace on this course. The nine-week Beginner’s Intensive Course costs £90, payable in two instalments of £45 each.
